We’re here to support and guide you as your digital presence matures.
After implementing improvements or updates to your digital platform, we provide ongoing consultation, support, and training to ensure you are using your digital tools to their full potential.
This typically takes place in the context of an annual retainer within which we provide regular touchpoints to track and optimize your strategy, as well as provide support and training as you begin to use your new tools. These ongoing engagements start at $2,500/month.
Support
Your organization’s website is kept online, operational, and secure while handling any questions, tweaks, or bug fixes from staff that arise over the course of time. This includes:
- Uptime monitoring
- Monitoring of notices from hosting company and other providers
- Security updates
- Hosting configuration
- Access to email support and ticketing system for questions, tweaks, and bug fixes
- Someone to decrypt any technical mumbo-jumbo you receive 🙂
Training
The “last mile” of any digital project is ensuring it is well-received and used to its full potential by staff. To that end, we provide training on both general platform use (e.g. WordPress or Drupal) as well as features specific to your organization’s website.
This can take the form of:
- Live training (either over Zoom or on-site)
- Written documentation
- Recorded video tutorials
