All our engagements start with this diagnostic because we believe it’s our duty to investigate and verify any problems you bring to us before recommending a course of action.
Here’s how it unfolds:
- QUESTIONNAIRE: We start by sending out a short questionnaire to key individuals in your organization to gather high-level feedback.
- BENCHMARKS: We then benchmark your digital presence on a few key metrics and compare them to industry standards for nonprofits (and other health organizations where possible).
- INTERVIEWS: Based on the trends we observe, we hold a series of interviews with you, other leaders in your organization, or staff members to dive deeper into specific topics or problem areas.
- ASSESSMENT & RECOMMENDATIONS: Lastly, we summarize the key trends and problem areas we observe across your organization and map out our recommended next steps.
A NOTE ON DISCOVERY
Some clients confuse our diagnostic with a discovery, especially if they’ve worked with other agencies. This diagnostic is not a discovery and is more targeted and focused in scope. It enables us to pinpoint the key issues for us to explore later in our work together.
The cost of a diagnostic is a flat fee ranging from $4,000 – $8,000 depending on the size of your organization and the scope of your digital presence. It typically takes 3-5 weeks to complete.
