What to expect

1. Customized website roadmap

We begin by creating a clear, actionable roadmap tailored to your organization’s goals. For new sites, this roadmap is based on a post-launch wishlist developed during a redesign, while for ongoing sites, we work with you to identify current priorities and long-term needs. This roadmap will serve as our guide to ensure your website evolves strategically over time.

2. Support portal onboarding

To keep everything organized and transparent, we set you up with access to our support portal. Here, you’ll find an up-to-date work list where you can view current tasks, track progress, and submit new requests as needed. Our portal makes communication easy and gives you full visibility into the work we’re doing on your site.

3. Monthly planning meetings

Each month, we meet with you to review progress, discuss insights, and adjust priorities based on any changing needs or new opportunities. These planning sessions help us stay aligned and ensure our efforts remain focused on the most impactful updates for your site.

4. Ongoing maintenance and security

We take care of all the behind-the-scenes technical upkeep, including uptime monitoring, daily backups, and essential security updates. Our team ensures your website is protected, reliable, and always performing at its best, giving you peace of mind about its stability.

5. Proactive strategic recommendations

Beyond day-to-day maintenance, we’re committed to continuously enhancing your site’s impact. We regularly review your website and proactively suggest new features, optimizations, or adjustments that align with evolving best practices, digital trends, and your organization’s goals. This proactive approach means your site can continue to grow and serve your audience effectively.

When I first talked with Brooks Digital I wasn’t sure I could afford to allocate the budget they felt was necessary to keep our website not just above water but up-to-date. It was a bit of an investment, and I had to wait for a new budget year, but I am pleased with the results.
