Website Improvement Roadmap
Gain a clear, strategic plan to optimize your website’s user experience, accessibility, and impact—without
overwhelming your team.
Why do a roadmap?
A Website Improvement Roadmap is a strategic first step to transforming your nonprofit’s site into an effective, user-friendly tool aligned with your mission.
We begin with a comprehensive audit covering user experience, accessibility, and SEO, as well as your team’s goals and challenges, to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
This Roadmap provides prioritized, phased recommendations so you can make impactful changes at a manageable pace, reducing stress on your marketing team with clear timelines, milestones, and support options.
Whether you need full implementation or guidance on specific areas, the Roadmap ensures your website enhancements are strategic, actionable, and aligned with growth and accessibility goals.

Optional roadmap add-ons
Optional add-ons provide deeper, more specialized insights that complement the core roadmap service. They allow you to address specific areas of concern, such as accessibility or user experience, with enhanced detail and precision, ensuring your website improvements are as effective and tailored as possible.
Enhanced Accessibility
The Enhanced Accessibility add-on provides a deeper analysis of your website’s accessibility, ensuring it meets ADA and WCAG compliance standards.
This add-on uses advanced, proprietary tools to identify a wider range of accessibility issues that may go unnoticed in a basic review with less advanced tools. It also helps prioritize these issues by their level of impact on your users, allowing you to focus on the most critical improvements first.
While the basic roadmap includes an accessibility estimate, this add-on delivers more accurate projections and recommendations. The findings are organized in a prioritized order, helping you tackle the most impactful changes first and create a more inclusive experience for all users.
User Testing
User Testing allows you to gather real feedback from your target audience, helping you understand how real users interact with your site.
This add-on includes creating a tailored testing plan, setting up user tests, and synthesizing the results into actionable insights. By watching real users navigate your site, you can uncover hidden usability issues and validate whether the planned improvements will truly meet their needs.
This option is ideal for nonprofits that want to ensure their website changes are driven by data and realworld behavior, not just assumptions. It provides a unique opportunity to see firsthand how your audience experiences your site, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance usability, engagement, and satisfaction.
